Fun Fact: Game Of Thrones contains screams of its own that aren’t the screams of fans

Don’t you just hate it when someone points something out to you about a piece of art you love, whether it be a picture, movie, tv show, or piece of music; and then you can never not think about what that person has just said? It doesn’t even need to be pointed out by another person, you can just be looking at something, such as the new Thor: The Dark World poster and think “this looks really cool”.

Unfortunately, things take a turn for the worse when you realize that Thor is adopting a pose similar to that of childhood hero, Mary Poppins, and suddenly, the majesty of the poster is completely ruined. Dammit brain.

Well, because it’s the internet and people are seemingly on never ending quests to ruin each other’s fun, some bastard has decided to point out the fact that Game Of Thrones episodes tend to often end in a rather similar way. It seems that the various people behind the show are a fan of concluding episodes with a scream and then a swift cut to black. Not just any scream though, more often than not the showrunners decide that a creature scream is most appropriate (especially the dragon’s who are the main culprit of this).

ThomTron, a Youtube user who is keen to point out this similarity has put together a video fittingly titled, “Game Of Thrones Likes To End On A Scream“. Some would say that the title is pretty self explanatory, though if I’m honest, I’m not entirely sure what he’s getting at…

Check out the video below:

What do you guys think? Had you noticed this before? Does it change the way you feel about the series? Is it just because it’s a fucking epic way to end an episode? Sound off in the comments!
