Exist Immortal release new single from deluxe version of latest album

Exist Immortal 2015

London dudes Exist Immortal had a very strong 2014. Aside from various tours, they released the wonderful Darkness Of An Age; an album both terrifyingly catchy and navel-gazingly technical.

They recently announced a deluxe version of the album, which will include three tracks not found on the original – including “The Void“, for which they’ve produced this nifty performance/lyric video:

The first new track featuring new drummer Charlie Bines, it continues the band’s sharp upward trajectory in quality. It’s dead catchy, and the video is very well produced. I believe guitarist Tom Montgomery does a lot of video work in his day job, so it’s no surprise, but the close shots on each instrument do a great job showcasing how skilled the band members are. It’s a great piece for vocalist Meyrick de la Fuente too; he uses various growls, screams and a great clean singing voice to grand effect.

Anyway, the new track listing will run something like this:

Exist Immortal - Darkness Of An Age deluxe edition01. Insanity Project
02. Legions
03. In Parallax
04. Edge Of Infinity
05. Imperator
06. Desolace
07. The Participant
08. Embrace The Cycle
09. Liberator (feat Sam Rudderforth)
10. The Omen Machine
11. Delirium
12. The Void
13. Fractured (feat Gaz King)
14. Insanity Project pt.2

The Colour Line‘s Sam Rudderforth was already on the original album, but one of the new tracks also features Nexilva‘s Gaz King. We know that British tech metal is a very friendly scene, but it’s great to see bands continually supporting each other, collaborating and giving each other exposure.
