Fat Guy Wears Mystic Wolf Shirt vs. Jxckxlz – Aussie dirt in primal form

fgwmws/jxckxlz LP

Bearing one of the greatest bands names ever, Fat Guy Wears Mystic Wolf Shirt have been bringing the noise for some time now, and have teamed up with chaotic doomcore punx Jxckxlz to release an exciting split LP.

As well as the LP – which is limited to 100 copies on black 12″ vinyl, has some truly epic/psychedelic artwork and can be ordered through the most-excellent Art As Catharsis Records here - both bands are going to be destroying venues all up and down the east coast of Australia throughout September, October and November. Purchase of the digital album will also score you an exclusive remix of FGWMWS’s track “Husk” by Boot, from their hectic 2011 release ‘Counter/Transference’, also available through Art As Catharsis.

If you like your punk dripping with doom and chaos, and your chaotic hardcore interspersed with gnarly splices of TDEP/Pig Destroyer-flavoured grind, then look no further than Jxckxlz and Fat Guy Wears Mystic Wolf Shirt respectively.

Keep your eyes peeled for the second installment of Thunder from Down Under for more Fat Guy and Jxckxlz goodness, and crank the shite out of this!

Fat Guy Wears Mystic Wolf Shirt vs. Jxckxlz is due to be released September 25th through Art As Catharsis Records. Neither band have any live dates planned as far as we’re aware, but we’ll try and let you know if they do.
