Vildhjarta premiere new song “Rengar Bensin” as digial EP Thousands Of Evils goes live

Vildhjarta - Thousands of Evils

Swedish ‘djeathcore’ band Vildhjarta have been somewhat quiet since the release of their debut album Måsstaden in 2011, but the silence has now been broken with today’s release of their new EP Thousands Of Evils, which was recorded and produced at guitarist Daniel Bergstörms’s own studio in Hudiksvall, Sweden, and was mixed by Christian Svedin.

Released digitally, that is but never fear, as a limited edition 12″ gatefold vinyl is now available for preorder from this location or this location, depending on your country, and it will be out October 29th.

Tracklisting:

01. Introduction: Staos
02. Längstmedån
03. Dimman
04. Regnar Bensin
05. En mörk vit lögn
06. Dimman från lützen
07. Intermezzo
08. Mist förståndet

If you’re interested, the cover artwork was created by Måsstaden cover creator Rickard Westman.

To promote the release, we’ve been granted a new song in the form of “Rengar Bensin“, which I believe roughly translates as ”rain gasoline”; an evocative image indeed, especially with the American government being all brokey today. Rain down fire! Check it out:

Speaking on the release, the band said:

[quote-symbol symbol1]

In this EP we put together what we wouldn’t ever put on the album, enjoy the groove. See you soon when we play this live everywhere, as it is amongst our best releases in the last 20 years. Thall.
