You Win Again Gravity might be an unknown band to many, but believe us when we say this won’t be the case for very long. Their intelligently delivered combination of tech and post-hardcore make for something that seems both fresh yet familiar.
The Berkshire five-piece have been fairly prolific since their inception, with three EPs to their name – 2012′s Reflect The Change, as well as two in 2014 in Brightly Coloured Landscapes and then Let Go Lightly - and 2016 sees them continue to crank out new material with fourth effort What’s Left Of The Distance.
Their second recorded and mixed by Oz Craggs at Hidden Track Studios, it’s due to drop on October 24th – and we’re thrilled to bring you the video for their new track ”A Lack Of Clarity“!
Guitarist Daniel Dreelan had this to say about the song and What’s Left Of The Distance:
“This song focuses around the journey of an individual through therapy. As the song progresses, there are multiple changes in structure and pace, to reflect the themes of the lyrics.
This intro to this song was one of the first pieces of music we wrote for these 3 tracks and we felt it was a great ‘drop’ to kick off the EP.”
You Win Again Gravity will have show announcements in the coming weeks and we honestly can’t wait to see them live. Be sure to keep an eye out on their social feeds on Facebook and Instagram, and check out their previous work on Bandcamp!
